Judgment of conviction of the Court of Special Sessions reversed upon the law, and defendant discharged. The evidence adduced by the prosecution was not sufficient to warrant the conviction of defendant. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Jaycox, Manning and Kelby, JJ., concur.
