People v. Smith

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jun 22, 1993
194 A.D.2d 468 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

June 22, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Richard Failla, J.).

The decision on the appeal of codefendant Keith Palmer ( 186 A.D.2d 432, lv denied 80 N.Y.2d 1029), is dispositive of certain of defendant's points on appeal, including the claim of error in the court's supplemental instructions.

We have considered defendant's remaining contentions and find them to be without merit.

Concur — Sullivan, J.P., Rosenberger, Asch and Rubin, JJ.
