Appeal from an order of the County Court, Kings County, denying, after a hearing, an application in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a judgment rendered by said court on February 1, 1949, which sentenced appellant to serve from 7 1/2 to 15 years after a plea of guilty to robbery in the second degree. Order unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
