Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties' Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Randolph Sigley, from the practice of law for a period of thirty days, with the full period of suspension stayed. In one matter, respondent engaged in an argument with a couple in a vehicle, pounding on their vehicle and making an offensive gesture. In a separate matter, respondent entered into a guilty plea and received a deferred sentence on charges of false reporting and possession of a handgun while intoxicated, and in another matter, respondent pled guilty to charges of menacing and disorderly conduct involving an offensive word or gesture, and received a one year deferred sentence.
