Defendant having moved pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend the time to appeal and to seek leave to appeal from an order of the Monroe County Court, dated May 6, 2019, and entered May 9, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that, to the extent defendant moves to extend the time to appeal from so much of the order as denied relief under CPL 440.30 (1-a), the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
