The motion to file an amended appellant's brief is GRANTED. Appellant's brief filed on December 14, 2023 is considered withdrawn, and the appellant's brief received with the motion is accepted for filing as appellant's timely brief on appeal. Within 28 days of the Clerk's certification of this order, appellee may file an amended brief on appeal; if appellee chooses to do so, the appellee brief filed on February 15, 2024 will be considered as withdrawn.
