Miguel Then Severino having made an application, pursuant to CPL 245.70(6), for expedited review of a ruling of a Justice of the Supreme Court, New York County, as set forth in an order dated March 16, 2023, which granted the People's motion for a protective order, and, upon review, to vacate or modify the ruling, Now, upon reading the papers filed with respect to this application, the Supreme Court properly exercised its discretion by the issuance of the protective order as the protected material does not apply to a person, and there is no prejudice to the defendant's Sixth Amendment rights, or to the defense as to culpability or exculpatory materials, however, such disclosure would prejudice the legitimate needs of law enforcement as well as otherwise impede an ongoing criminal investigation; therefore, it is
