ORDER

The motion for peremptory reversal pursuant to MCR 7.211(C)(4) is GRANTED. Defendant's sentence is VACATED and this case is REMANDED to the trial court for resentencing consistent with People v Boykin,__Mich__;__N.W.2d__(2022) (Docket Nos. 157738; 158695).

This Court's previous order in this case, People v Seay, unpublished order of the Court of Appeals, entered October 14, 2020 (Docket No. 350724), remanding this case to the trial court for an evidentiary hearing and decision consistent with People v Ginther, 390 Mich. 436; 212 N.W.2d 922 (1993), is VACATED.

We do not retain jurisdiction.
