An appeal having been taken to this Court by the from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Juan Merchan, J.), entered on or about April 5, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And the New York Civil Liberties Union having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted, and movant is directed to file nine copies of the proposed brief amicus curiae included with the motion papers within seven days of the date of entry hereof.
