Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, convicting appellant of a violation of section 483 of the Penal Law and of the crime of assault in the third degree, reversed on the law and the facts and information dismissed. The evidence was insufficient to establish appellant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. Nolan, P.J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Schmidt and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
