Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Kathleen Mary Schaden (Attorney Registration No. 17371) from the practice of law for a period of sixty days, with the requirement of reinstatement proceedings pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.29(c)-(e), effective December 16, 2009. On December 24, 2008, Respondent drank three margaritas at a luncheon and then drove home while intoxicated (.181 BAC) hitting a signpost along the way. She pled guilty to DWAI on March 12, 2009. Respondent's misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b).
