Petition for review granted; transferred to Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to issue an order to show cause

Petitioner's “Motion for Relief to Augment the Record on Appeal,” filed July 30, 2018, is denied.

The petition for review is granted. The matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division One, with directions to vacate its order denying the petition for writ of mandate and/or prohibition and to issue an order directing respondent to show cause returnable before that court why petitioner is not entitled to the relief requested.
