Withdrawal of counsel allowed by order
Good cause appearing, the motion of Harry M. Caldwell, appointed appellate-only counsel for Raul Ricardo Sarinana, for permission to withdraw as attorney of record for appellant, filed May 16, 2023, is granted.
The order appointing Harry M. Caldwell as appellate-only counsel of record for appellant Raul Ricardo Sarinana, filed December 24, 2013, is hereby vacated.
Kathy Moreno is hereby appointed as counsel of record, to represent appellant Raul Ricardo Sarinana, for the direct appeal in the above automatic appeal now pending in this court.
Harry M. Caldwell is hereby directed to deliver to Kathy Moreno, within 60 days from the filing of this order, all appellate work product, trial files, and all other appellate materials that he has obtained from appellant Raul Ricardo Sarinana or from his trial counsel or paralegals, or from any other source.
