An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about May 16, 2017, and an order of this Court having been entered on June 14, 2018 (Appeal No. 6881), holding the appeal in abeyance, and remitting the matter for further proceedings in accordance therewith, And assigned counsel for defendant-appellant having moved to dismiss the appeal as withdrawn, or in the alternative as abandoned, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the appeal withdrawn and is otherwise denied.
