Attorney Regulation.

The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Themia E. Sandven (Attorney Registration No. 15648) for a period of six months, all but three months stayed upon the successful completion of a two-year period of probation with conditions, effective May 27, 2011. Sandven neglected two clients' matters. With respect to one of the clients, she also failed to communicate and failed to account for the transfer of funds from Respondent's trust account to her operating account. Sandven's misconduct constitutes grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 1.3, 1.4(a)(3), 1.4(a)(4), and 1.15(c).
