People v. Sanchez

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 1, 1993
198 A.D.2d 244 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

November 1, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Rohl, J.).

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

A review of the record indicates that the defendant entered his plea knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently (see, People v Harris, 61 N.Y.2d 9).

We further conclude that under the circumstances, the sentence was not excessive (see, People v Suitte, 90 A.D.2d 80). Mangano, P.J., Rosenblatt, Lawrence, Copertino and Joy, JJ., concur.
