Ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to defendant-appellant renewing this motion and submitting an affidavit explaining his monthly clothing expenditures of $1,000, identifying the specific sources of funds that he uses to cover the monthly deficit between his income and expenses, and also explaining why such funds, as well as a yearly income in excess of $30,000, are not sufficient to prosecute this appeal.
