People v. Russo

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Nov 14, 1977
59 A.D.2d 918 (N.Y. App. Div. 1977)

Opinion

November 14, 1977

Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 13, 1976, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. We have reviewed the record and agree with appellant's assigned counsel that there are no meritorious grounds which could be raised on this appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see Anders v California, 386 U.S. 738; People v Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; People v Brown, 59 A.D.2d 622). Margett, J.P., Rabin, Titone and Mollen, JJ., concur.
