Defendant-appellant having moved, pro se, for an extension of time in which to file an untimely notice of appeal, pursuant to CPL 460.30, from a judgement of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 5, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of deeming the notice of appeal timely filed.
