ORDER

The motion to clarify our January 6, 2022 order and extend the time for remand is GRANTED. In our original order, we remanded for the sole purpose of expanding the record and did not order or authorize the filing of a new motion for a new trial.

Proceedings on remand shall be completed within 56 days of the Clerk's certification of this order. The trial court shall cause a transcript of any proceedings on remand to be prepared at public expense and filed within 21 days after completion of the proceedings. Defendant may file a supplemental brief within 21 days after the filing of the transcript of all proceedings held on remand. The prosecution may then file a responsive brief within 14 days of the filing of defendant's brief.

We continue to retain jurisdiction.
