MEDICINE AND SURGERY, § 26.1when judgment finding defendant guilty of violating Medical Practice Act was supported by evidence. On writ of error to review judgment finding defendant guilty of violating Medical Practice Act, where defendant contended that judgment was contrary to evidence, and it appeared that testimony of complaining witness was confined to what he saw and heard and was in terms that laymen would understand, held that judgment was supported by evidence (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1945, ch. 91, par. 16i; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 79.25).

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the February term, 1945.
