Appellant having moved for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of this Court entered August 8, 2014 modifying a judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, rendered February 2, 2010,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Felipe A. Romero sworn to December 19, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of Hannah Stith Long, Esq. dated January 11, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
