In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the April 8, 1997, judgment of the Court of Appeals and the judgment of the Recorder's Court are vacated, and the case is remanded to the Wayne Circuit Court for further proceedings, including an evidentiary hearing on any motion to suppress evidence that the defendants might file. MCR 7.302(F)(1). Jurisdiction is not retained. Court of Appeals No. 184599.
