DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and operation of the order dated September 27, 2016, granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected by March 31, 2017.
