Defendant having moved for an extension of time to return the original transcript to this Court for his appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about June 18, 2018 and an order of the Court entered on September 27, 2016, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted and the perfected appeal is adjourned to the June 2018 Term. Defendant-appellant is reminded that the appeal will not be heard until the record is returned.
