People v. Rodriguez

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Jun 30, 1998
251 A.D.2d 267 (N.Y. App. Div. 1998)

Opinion

June 30, 1998

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Jay Gold, J.).

The verdict was based on legally sufficient evidence and was not against the weight of the evidence. There was ample evidence of defendant's participation as a steerer in the drug transaction. We see no reason to disturb the court's credibility determinations.

Concur — Ellerin, J. P., Tom, Mazzarelli and Saxe, JJ.
