An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about January 14, 2016; and defendant-appellant having moved to discontinue said appeal as moot, the aforesaid judgment having been vacated by an order, same Court, entered on or about December 20, 2019,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
