Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The issues raised by the defendant were not preserved for appellate review (see, CPL 470.05; People v. Udzinski, 146 A.D.2d 245, 248-252), and, under the circumstances of this case, we decline to review them in the exercise of our interest of justice jurisdiction. Mangano, P.J., Sullivan, Balletta and Ritter, JJ., concur.
