The PEOPLE of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Rajsheem J. RICHARDSON, Defendant–Appellant. (Appeal No. 2.).
Appeal from a judgment of the Jefferson County Court (Kim H. Martusewicz, J.), rendered May 24, 2013.
