(Super. Ct. No. KA090275)

(Los Angeles County)

Ritza Eneyea Reyes purports to appeal from the trial court's denial of her motion to withdraw her plea of no contest to the attempted premeditated murder of Desiree Lucero. (Pen. Code, §§ 187, subd. (a), 664.) The trial court sentenced Reyes to a total term in state prison of seven years to life. In support of the motion to withdraw her plea, Reyes contended that her trial counsel was ineffective because counsel did not advise her of possible defenses and because she did not understand the terms and consequence of her plea.

Reyes failed to obtain from the trial court a certificate of probable cause prior to filing her notice of appeal. (Pen. Code, § 1237.5.) Counsel appointed to represent her on appeal filed a brief, pursuant to People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, in which no issues were raised. We have reviewed the entire record and have found that no exception to the requirements of Penal Code section 1237.5 applies. (People v. Johnson (2009) 47 Cal.4th 668, 679; People v. Placencia (2011) 194 Cal.App.4th 489, 494-495.) As a consequence of her failure to comply with the requirements of Penal Code section 1237.5, Reyes' purported appeal must be dismissed. (People v. Panizzon (1996) 13 Cal.4th 68.)

The appeal is dismissed.
