People v. Rein

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Mar 27, 1995
213 A.D.2d 683 (N.Y. App. Div. 1995)

Opinion

March 27, 1995

Appeal from the County Court, Suffolk County (Tisch, J.).

Ordered that the judgments are affirmed.

We have reviewed the record and agree with the defendant's assigned counsel that there are no nonfrivolous issues which could be raised on appeal. Counsel's application for leave to withdraw as counsel is granted (see, Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738; People v. Paige, 54 A.D.2d 631; cf., People v. Gonzalez, 47 N.Y.2d 606). We additionally conclude that the defendant has failed to raise any nonfrivolous issues in his pro se supplemental brief. Mangano, P.J., O'Brien, Ritter, Pizzuto and Florio, JJ., concur.
