Defendant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about December 15, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of extending defendant's time to perfect the appeal to the February 2021 Term, with leave to seek further enlargements if necessary.
