ORDER

Christopher M. Murray, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.203(F)(1), orders:

The motion to waive fees is GRANTED for this case only.

The delayed application for leave to appeal from the order dated September 29, 2020, and electronically entered on October 14, 2020, is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction because appellant failed to file the application within the time period required by MCR 7.205(A)(2). Defendant did not properly invoke AO 2020-21 by sending notice of his intent to appeal the trial court's order to the Court of Appeals.
