October 29, 2001.

Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated November 27, 2000 (People v. Ravello, 277 A.D.2d 470), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Lott, J.), rendered September 25, 1997.

Kevin Ravello, appellant pro se.
