On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the September 10, 2014 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Washtenaw County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor shall specifically address the defendant's contention that the trial court erred in case number 13-341-FC by sentencing the defendant to a prison term that exceeded the statutory guidelines.

The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
