ORDER

Michael F. Gadola, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motions to extend time to file appellant's brief are DENIED as moot because the appellant's brief was not filed in either of these consolidated appeals by the requested extension date of July 21, 2023. The Clerk of the Court shall place these cases on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties if the appellant's brief is not filed within 21 days of the date of this order.
