Judgment of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn [County of Kings], convicting the defendant of violations of the Penal Law and of the Agriculture and Markets Law (in processing, producing, manufacturing and selling adulterated oil), and order, unanimously affirmed. No opinion.
