Motion by appellant for leave to serve and file pro se supplemental briefs on appeals from judgments of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered October 18, 2010 and April 7, 2011, respectively. Separate motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to serve and file papers in reply to respondent's opposition to appellant's motion for leave to submit pro se supplemental briefs.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to appellant's motion for leave to submit pro se supplemental briefs, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeals are consolidated solely for purposes of disposition of these motions; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file reply papers is granted and the reply papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for leave to serve and file pro se supplemental briefs is denied (see People v White, 73 NY2d 468, 477-480 [1989]).
