Petitioner's Motion for Remand to the Court of Appeal to Consider Unresolved Issues in Light of Assembly Bill No. 333, filed February 25, 2022, is granted. The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division Six, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Renteria (2022) 13 Cal.5th 951 and Assembly Bill No. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
