On order of the Court, the delayed application for leave to appeal from the March 28, 2002, decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
The Court of Appeals decision made no disposition relating to Oakland County Case No. 99-169595-FC. This Court's denial is without prejudice to the defendant's right to bring a motion for relief from judgment pursuant to MCR 6.502.
