ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 23, 2023, is amended by deleting from the caption and from the first line thereof the name "Purdi" and substituting therefor the name "Purdie."
