Order
On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the July 1, 2015 order of the Court of Appeals is considered. We DIRECT the Alcona County Prosecuting Attorney to answer the application for leave to appeal within 28 days after the date of this order. The prosecutor shall specifically address whether, in light of People v. McKinley, 496 Mich. 410, 852 N.W.2d 770 (2014), the trial court was authorized to order restitution in the amount of $1,332.47.
The application for leave to appeal remains pending.
