MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND LINDLEY, JJ.

Appellant having moved pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509 for an order requiring disclosure of the identity of the grand jury foreperson who signed the accusatory indictment against him, along with an affidavit from that person attesting to such execution, and the names, assigned seating arrangements of panel one, two, three and the 12 jurors that were placed in the jury box related to a judgment of conviction of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, rendered September 1, 2011,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
