PEOPLE v. POTTS (THOMAS)


Opinion filed: Judgment affirmed as modified We modify the judgment by striking the four-year determinate term imposed for the elderly victim enhancements. The trial court is directed to send to the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation a corrected abstract of judgment with the enhancement stricken. We affirm the judgment as modified, including the judgment of death.
