Ordered that The order of this Court dated February 7, 2017 is amended to the extent of providing that the stay of execution of the sentence pending the determination of the appeal shall continue for a period of 120 days from the date the trial transcript is received by defendant's appellate counsel, without prejudice to a renewal upon defendant-appellant's application for a further continuance.
