Petition for Leave to Appeal Denied.

In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its judgment in People v. Porcayo-Bahena, case No. 2-21-0393 (05/22/23). The appellate court is directed to consider the effect of this Court's opinion in People v. Urzua, 2023 IL 127789, on the issue of whether post-conviction counsel provided reasonable assistance, and determine if a different result is warranted.
