Petitioner's Application for Order Expanding Grant of Review, filed January 20, 2022, is denied. The above-captioned matter is transferred to the Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, Division Three, with directions to vacate its decision and reconsider the cause in light of People v. Renteria (2022) 13 Cal.5th 951 and Assembly Bill Nos. 333 (Stats. 2021, ch. 699) and 518 (Stats. 2021, ch. 441). (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.528(d).)
