ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated February 1, 2012, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 27, 2010, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "February 6, 2012," and substituting therefor the date "February 10, 2012".
