Appeal dismissed, by the Court of Appeals sua sponte, upon the ground that the Appellate Term order from which permission to appeal has been granted has been superseded by a subsequent order of Appellate Term and the People as appellants are not adversely affected by the subsequent order (CPL 450.90).
