The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Guido A. Piondeleon, 2124 Defendant-Appellant.


An appeal having been taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about June 18, 2014, and from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about January 5, 2015, And assigned counsel, Robert S. Dean, Esq., the Center for Appellate Litigation, having moved by separate motions, to dismiss the aforesaid appeals as abandoned (M-1818/M-1897), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the appeals are deemed withdrawn, and the motions are otherwise denied.
